The McCann Circus Is Still In Town

Kate McCann has been accused of being hot, I second the motion.

Retired solicitor Tony Bennett has failed in his bid to issue a summons against Gerald and Kate McCann for offences to do with section 1 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1933. Which makes liable anyone aged 16 and over who is in charge of a minor for their safety.

It has been refused as the court didn't have the necessary jurisdiction. C'mon lad you should have known this, I suspect self promotion.

That's what happens when the crime occurs in a 3rd world country like Portugal. Mr Bennett who is a qualified social worker was concerned that no action was being taken to prosecute the McCanns for child neglect .

No shit mate, since the abduction of Madeleine McCann which happened on the 3rd May this year its been a media circus full of concerned rich celebs all conveniently ignoring how the crime was allowed to happen in the first place.

The McCann's family spokesman Clarence Mitchell said the couple had committed no offence under UK law or any other country's law.

So because no one wants to prosecute neglectful parents that makes it ok? the UK went to the trouble of writing out a young persons act in 1933 so I actually think its an offence in at least one country .

It reminds me of parents who drown their children and then fight in the courts to get off with it. Maybe I'm the type of person to feel guilty if I had done such a thing that whatever happened to me I'd figure that I deserved it.

I don't want the McCanns to go to prison for their neglect, I think in this case that would be counterproductive and not very popular. I want them to admit neglect and for the government to announce that its not ok to leave yer toddlers home or in another country while on holiday unsupervised while you go out and enjoy yerself , sure popping into the back garden to hang up yer washing is ok but to physically leave the premises out of ear shot while you drink wine and enjoy the witty conversation of yer friends is not acceptable.

It fucking well annoys me the attitude and pussy footing around this case, finding a technical legal loop-hole supported by the international laws of a 3rd world country does not make it right.

I was raised to be respectful of authority figures and that included Doctors as they were supposed highly educated but these two Doctors are fucking mongs as are many other authority figures these days.

I now value those with common sense more than those with power over others and diplomas .

Is This Madeleine McCann? experts are looking into it.

There was a picture circulating the television news and websites that may have been Madeleine McCann, the picture was taken by a tourist in Morocco. The above picture was from the BBC website and the same picture but a little clearer was shown on the BBC television.

The next day we get a clear version of the picture from the BBC and can see its not her.

The girl in the picture wasn't Madeleine McCann. Journalists tracked her doon and found her to be Bushra the daughter of an olive farmer, she is a Moroccan of Berber origin.

If we got a clear a picture as this on the news programmes and web sites then we could see it wasn't Madeleine. It strikes me as manipulation by the press to tease you into tuning in. "Something in your fridge may kill you and your family, tune in at ten to find out more."

I'm sick of having my heart strings pulled by the media until it gets to the point that a whole nation is of one opinion, sure a 5 year-old gurl getting abducted is a nightmare or yer 11 year-old son getting shot on the way home from football practice but I don't need to be brainwashed and teased into constantly caring about 2 stories out of 100.

Its like a reality show in which the little cute gurl wins against the talented adults because shes only 5 and it would upset her if she didn't win.

Yes its time for another McCann post. After 4 months the Portuguese police (trained by the Key stone cops) have partial DNA results that say there was 'traces' of Madeleine's blood in her mother Kate McCann's car.

Kate is now named as a suspect. I don't trust anything the Portuguese police have to say as well its a 3rd world nation that knows fuck all, if English isn't yer first language then away and fuck, God speaks English why can't you?

It would explain a lot of the McCanns odd behaviour after Madeleine was abducted but I don't think they are guilty of murder. I do however believe them to be guilty of child neglect.

Tampered or contaminated results mean nothing, they have admitted to the neglect though lets get them for the right thing.

The McCanns To See Cats.

In a bid to get their missing daughter back the McCanns are to see Cats the musical. Mr McCann said earlier," We have mixed emotions about the decision to see Cats but this is what Madeleine would have wanted, the wife wanted to see 'Rent' but its no time to be thinking about ourselves what kind of people do you think we are?"

In addition to above we try to attend various church services during the week, and make multiple phone calls to family and friends. We try to watch the main news early morning and late evening but have had almost no time to read the newspapers or even look at the pictures!

Kate is a keen runner and in the last few days has tried to include a run in the daily routine. Yesterday (Sat) at 7am we ran to the monument at the top of the steep cliff overlooking Praia de Luz. We reached it in 19 minutes.

Madeleine's Parents To See The Pope

Madeleine McCann's parents are going to the see the Pope, not sure why. The obvious reason would be that he fits the profile of the kidnap suspect, hes white, 5 ft 10in and short hair. There has been a lot of talk about Madeleine McCann the 3 year old gurl who was snatched from her bed when she was left alone with 2 year old brother and sister while her parents ate at a near by restaurant in Portugal. Yes it was a terrible thing to happen and I hope they get her back unharmed and catch the person responsible .
I do not fall for media hype as much as some do, the press saturate the news with one story and it becomes so important and people who usually don't give a fuck about anything even take an interest. I will play the race card for the sake of all the coloureds out there, Madeleine is a cute white gurl from a civilised nation if it was a black or brown child maybe not so cute from poor parents would they get so much coverage? would people take doon their blogs just to put her story up or get people on comments to visit their blogs? well children go missing every day but with this case people are going into over time, makes you wonder if all their intentions are true. Theres an expression when someone doesn't include you in something you say "what am I a nigger?" not a nice expression but it makes my point .
