I've never read the book, in fact if you ever catch me reading any book give me a kick in the balls. I just liked the title.I can't stand terrorists or their supporters so when one dies I celebrate and have a chuckle as they say how much good he has done for the community etc , dead or alive I'll tell ya to fuck off, GO HERE if you want to and read about a paramilitary supporter who recently died and you'll find a link to the Johnny Adair post that made me famous for a few weeks last year.
